We suffer, and despite our best efforts, we don’t know how to make it through on our own. Regardless it’s about current event, or some shadows from the past. We do great work in our professional or private lives. We do our best. All we need is new techniques, skills in order to rebalance, calm down after busy days. Especially when it gets difficult to draw the line between work and life. We need to learn again how to nurture ourselves and how to self-care.
