Matt Biegala is a counselling psychologist, psychotherapist (in training) and MBCT (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy) teacher. He believes that constant learning, curiosity, gratitude and compassion (to oneself and others) are the keys to overcome difficulties, stay on the right track and stand up after falling.
He can understand and contain the complexity of one’s personal history and life choices. The unique gift he shares with the world is his ability to uplift others to go through their challenging times. Strengthen them so that they thrive and have a successful fulfilling career and personal life.
He has broad experience in different settings ranging from psychiatric and rehab units (Poland), Care Centres (London), educational Centres (Beijing, China), counselling clinic (HK), schools (HK, PL) and companies (HK, PL).His many years of life in various cultures and philosophies gave him a broader understanding of human mechanisms and their impact on our health.
He’s been mental health counsellor for such companies as: Shell, BP, HSBC, Goldman Sachs, International Schools etc.
He is also the co-founder of “CASMATI Village” – International Well-being Center, located near Warsaw at the Kampinoski National Park. . Place by the wild nature where he develops therapeutic nature-based tools and strategies for wellbeing.

Self-healing technologies
This mode is the most experimental and least grounded in hard evidence-based techniques. Yet, I believe it’s the future. Here we assume that the foundation of anything happening to us is our mind and that reality is merely the reflection of it. Applying this wonderful principle on practical level, means to start seeing events, people we meet on our way not only as reflection of our mindset but also as a chance to work on our issues that will ultimately bring us towards self-healing.
