Who am I?

Let me introduce myself and tell you more about my professional skills, mindset, how I work and what I can do for you. I’m a psychologist, psychotherapist and mindfulness teacher. I support people to overcome their life struggles, to get their life back in order, help them to fix their issues. I work with kids, teens and adults. Mild to extremely severe cases, ranging from psychotherapy through stress counselling up to transformational coaching.

There are two sides of me. One that is the science-based “mainstream” one, the other that is “holistic and alternative”. I’ve been studying and practicing both sides. For mainstream I am too alternative, for alternative communities I am too mainstream. I am combining both worlds in order to get the best results. That’s what I care about the most. .  But not only that. I simply love learning and exploring new ways and new techniques of therapy and teaching.

I use cognitive-behavioural therapy and Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy in my work. Both evidence based, proved to be top efficient to treat most mental health issues like depression, anxiety, stress, phobias, relationships etc.  On top of that I look at things holistically. I believe that things happen to us for a specific reason and we can use it to transform ourselves and better adjust to the emerging new world. Whether on a personal or global level.

I have lived in different places throughout my life. Last 5 years were in a beautiful land by the edge of Kampinoski National Park. I had a wonderful chance to learn from nature. To learn its laws and rythm. There were animals as well. Both domesticated and wild ones. All of them fantastic (not always pleasant) teachers.

On the outside I am social, friendly, talkative. I can easily do one-to-one, workshops, public speaking. That’s not my nature, but I trained myself to do it.  Privately, I am much more quiet, gentle, and recently introverted. I feel good about it. I don’t have a need to adjust myself to the world around me. Not any more. When I engage with the world, I do it on my own terms.  At work I commit myself fully, I am engaged, caring, compassionate. Outside of work, I am more passive, focused on ideas, observing the world and just living my own life.
