Learn scientific ways to manage intense emotions and to transform them into positive responses and actions. Evidence-based ways to be focused, centered and calm, while being able to deal with, information & responsibilities overload. Mindfulness increases self-awareness and leads to better control of thoughts and emotions.

Coping with unhealthy stress at work, school, and everyday life. Methods to change unwanted behaviours,  irrational beliefs and learning how to relax without escaping to smartphones,  alcohol, etc. 

Matt Biegala is a psychologist with many years of experience at a counselling center and international schools in Hong Kong. He specializes in online coaching/counselling sessions to uplift individuals living in international hubs. As a founder of CASMATI Village, he designs well-being workshops for B2B and B2C clients. Matt combines Western and Eastern approaches. He works with CBT, positive psychology, NLP, SMART Recovery and holistic approaches. He is currently pursuing 2.5-year mindfulness (MBCT) teacher training course, certified by the University of Oxford.
